Project agreements

Services, deliverables, timelines, fees, ownership and support are governed by a written agreement for each project. A proposal or conversation does not create an obligation to proceed.

Intellectual property

Unless an agreement states otherwise, client-specific deliverables and project IP are transferred according to the agreed payment and ownership terms. Third-party tools remain subject to their own licences.
